Reverse perspective is a drawing installation made for the occasion of my exhibition at WAAR by the same name. This work takes the architecture of the space as its starting point and incorporates a scale model of an Egyptian military watchtower that is located at the border with Israel.
As part of the presentation art historian and writer George Vermij wrote a 'Sebaldian' text about a mysterious Max Thornwald and his research on watchtowers and other things. You can find the Dutch text here and the English translation here.
